MERCHANT SURCHARGING CHANGES

Recently there was a change in allowing merchants in some states to pass along a surcharge for credit card sales. Ten states have passed legislation stopping merchants from adding on a surcharge - including Massachusetts. I made a copy of the information sheet from Visa (it's the same for all the others).
